Ramen Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 2 packages Oriental Ramen
  • 3/4 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 3/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 cups shredded chinese cabbage
  • 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sliced zucchini
  • 1/2 cup sliced onion
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper strips
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup small cooked shrimp
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken, cubed
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves

Directions

  1. Cook noodles, drain.

  2. Stir-fry vegetables in oil 1 to 2 minutes in large skillet.

  3. Stir in seasoning, noodles, shrimp, chicken and cilantro.

  4. Cook 1 to 2 minutes.
