Chicken Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of cooked chicken
  • 2 cups of rice, cooked
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 12 saltine crackers

Directions

  1. Mix rice, soup and chicken. Add ½ of the cheese.

  2. Pour into a greased casserole dish.

  3. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and cover with crushed crackers.

  4. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
