- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. salt
- 6-oz. tomato paste
- 16 oz. (2 cans) tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 T olive oil
- dash red pepper
