CREAMED VEGETABLE / FARMER SAUSAGE SOUP

Ingredients

  • farmer sausage (one link, cooked)
  • celery (2 cups diced)
  • carrots (2 diced)
  • onion (half cup minced)
  • potatoes (cubed, as many as you want)
  • green beans (half or one cup cut)
  • peas (half cup)
  • flour
  • milk
  • barbecue sauce

Directions

  1. Cut up a link of cooked farmer sausage and put in a pot with 4 cups water.

  2. Add the celery, carrots, onion, potatoes, and green beans.

  3. d 1.5 tsp salt and 0.25 tsp pepper.

  4. Bring to boil; cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

  5. Add a half cup peas and simmer 5 more minutes.

  6. x 0.25 cup flour with a cup of milk until no lumps remain. Stir into simmering soup.

  7. When it thickens, add a tbsp barbecue sauce.

  8. Stir & serve.
