Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup bisquick mix
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
Directions

Heat oven to 400 degrees

Spray 9" pie plate.

Brown beef, onion, and drain. Stir in salt.

Spread in pie plate; sprinkle with cheese.

In bowl, stir together remaining ingredients and pour into pie plate.

Bake about 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
