Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp shortening
  • 1/2 cup warm water

Directions

  1. Knead dough 15 to 20 times. Let rest for 15 minutes. Divide into 6-8 equal portions.

  2. Cook in ungreased, medium-high heat skillet or griddle for approximately 30 seconds per side
