Ingredients

  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • 1 tbs floor
  • 1 egg, yolk
  • 1 tea glass rice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 litre water

Directions

  1. Boil rice in water until done.

  2. In another bowl mix yoghurt, floor and egg yolk.

  3. Slowly add the mixture and mint to the rice and whisk until the soup boils again.

  4. Turn off the stove and add salt.
