Büğday çorbası

Ingredients

  • 1 glass wheat
  • 1 courgette
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tbs tomato paste
  • 1 tbs pepper paste
  • 1 tsp mint
  • 1 pinch pepper, black
  • 3 tbs oil, olive
  • 2 litres water
  • 2-3 cucumbers, pickled

Directions

  1. Place wheat in water overnight.

  2. Put the wheat in a pot, add the water and cook for about 30 minutes.

  3. Chop carrot, pickles and courgette, add to the soup.

  4. Add tomato and pepper paste, olive oil, mint, pepper and salt.

  5. Cook until the vegetables are cooked.
