Elizabeth’s Hot Toddy

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 2 pints vanilla ice cream, softened
  • Rum, to taste

Directions

  1. Blend butter, sugars, and ice cream.

  2. Freeze.

  3. To make toddy, combine 2 tablespoons of frozen mixture with 1 cup boiling water. Add rum to taste.
