Five-pound Fudge

Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 (13 oz) can evaporated milk
  • 18 ounces milk chocolate bars, broken into small pieces
  • 18 ounces chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 (14 oz) jar marshmallow creme

Directions

  1. Combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk, stir well and boil for 4 1/2 minutes on stovetop or in microwave.

  2. Remove from heat and add chocolate bars, chocolate chips, nuts and marshlmallow creme. Stir until dissolved.

  3. Pour into buttered 9×13 inch pan and cool until set.

  4. To serve, cut into squares.
