Vinegar pork trotter

Ingredients

  • 1 kg trotter + some more pork
  • 200 gm ginger
  • 2 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 4 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 375 ml black vinegar
  • 500 ml hot water
  • 2 tsp. salt

Directions

  1. Fry ginger in sesame oil and add trotters to stir fry a while.

  2. Add rest and pressure cook 25 mins.

  3. Adjust seasonings.
