Yoghurt mousse cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 125 gm cream cheese
  • 1 small cup fruit yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 80 ml milk
  • 1 dessp. gelatine
  • strawberrys - chopped
  • 1 slice sponge cake

Directions

  1. Dissolve gelatine and cool.

  2. Hand-whisk the cream cheese, sugar and yoghurt till smooth.

  3. Add in milk and strawberrys to mix.

  4. Add in the gelatine.

  5. Pour over sponge cake to freeze till firm.
