Salted black bean fried pork

Ingredients

  • Lean pork - cut into thin strips
  • Black fungus - wan yee - soak till soft
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salted black beans
  • 1 tbsp. sambal paste
  • sesame oil
  • chopped garlic

Directions

  1. Fry pork with oil till half cook. Do not add water. Remove.

  2. Fry garlic and and paste and salted black beans.

  3. Add wan yee and stir fry.

  4. Add the pork to fry till done. No water to be added.
