Spicy prawns

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg. prawns
  • 3 garlic
  • 1/2" yellow ginger
  • 3 buah keras
  • 10 onions
  • 10 dried chillies or about l tbsp. chilli powder
  • 1/2 bowl water
  • 1/2 tbsp. soya bean paste
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 4 tbsp. tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp. cornflour

Directions

  1. Soak dried chillies in warm water till soft.

  2. Deep fry unshell prawns 5 mins.

  3. Remove, leaving 3-4 tbsp. oil.

  4. Fry pound ingredients.

  5. Add tomato sauce.

  6. Add prawns when sauce boils.

  7. Stir a while to till cook
