Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
• 1 small onion, chopped
• Parsley
• 1 egg
• bread crumbs
• salt & pepper
• steak spice
• hot sauce
• worcestshire sauce

Directions

1. Combine all and roll into balls.

2. Brown.
