Chicken in Wine Sauce

Serves 3 people

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 3 chicken breasts or 6 thighs, boneless, skinlees
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1-1/2 cups sliced carrots
  • 1-1/2 cups sliced mushrooms

Directions

  1. Melt butter.

  2. Brown chicken for 5 minutes in butter each side.

  3. In bowl, combine soup, wine and pepper.

  4. Pour over chicken.

  5. Add vegetables.

  6. Reduce heat and simmer 25-35 minutes.
