Herb Stuffing

For roast chicken.

Ingredients

  • Finely crumbed bread
  • Fresh herbs, ground in food processor or finely chopped:
  • Rosemary
  • Oregano
  • Thyme
  • Sage
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • Lemon rind
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk (approx.)

Directions

  1. Food process all ingredients except egg and milk.

  2. Beat egg and add to mixture.

  3. Add enough milk to moisten but not to make soggy.
