Balsamic Vinegrette

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp diced onion
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 cup veg. oil
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • S&P

Directions

  1. Combine vinegar, onion and mustard and food process/blend until onion liquifies.

  2. Combine oils.

  3. Add oil in a thin strem slowly and gradually to vinegar mixture and food process to emulsify/thicken.

  4. To thin, add small amount of warm water.

  5. Add S&P to taste.
