Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1-1/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour

Directions

  1. Mix milk, salt and eggs in bowl.

  2. Put half of the flour in a separate bowl and add liquid mixture.

  3. Mix thoroughly, then add remaining flour.

  4. Preheat oven to 425 F.

  5. Put 1/2 tsp lard in each muffin cup.

  6. Place muffin tin in oven to get hot.

  7. Then fill each muffin cup 3/4 full.

  8. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
