Poppyseed Dressing

Use for salad, pasta, potatoe salad.
Cider vinegar can be replaced with either tarragon vinegar or lemon juice for variety.

Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 Tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1-1/2 tsp onion, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp wheat-free Tamari soy or Worcestershire
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup flax seed oil
  • 1/4 cup sunflower oil
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
