Hummus

Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 126 g (4 oz) chickpeas, soaked for a few hours or canned
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 3 Tbsp tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • salt
  • Garnish:
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Few sprigs of parsley

Directions

  1. Drain chickpeas and process in blender or food processor with lemon juice, tahini, garlic, salt.

  2. Garnish.
