Fish Baked in Sesame Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs fish fillets
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1-1/2 cups onion, chopped

Directions

  1. Clean and salt fish and rub with1 Tbsp olive oil.

  2. Bake uncovered at 350 F about 15 minutes until fish flakes when tested with fork.

  3. Gradually stir lemon juic and water into tahini.

  4. Add more lemon to taste.

  5. Fry chopped onion in 3 Tbsp oil and add to lemon mixture.

  6. Pour over fish and bake uncoverd at 350 F for 15 minutes.
