Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 t. baking powder
  • 3/4 t. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 T. oil
  • 1 1/2 c. milk (or more if batter seems dry)

Directions

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together. (I usually sift mine, it makes the pancake fluffier).

  2. Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients. Set aside.

  3. Mix all the wet ingredients together. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix together.

  4. Using a 1/4 cup or 1/3 cup measuring cup pour batter onto a non-stick skillet or griddle. If you want to pour it out that’s fine too.
