Shrimp Pizza

I modified this quite a lot to make it faster and easier.

Serves 8 people

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled, deveined, and cooked
  • 2 pizza crusts, like Boboli or similar
  • 1 can green salsa, divided
  • hot sauce
  • 2 cups (8 oz) mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided
  • 2 cups (8 oz) Mexican cheese blend, shredded and divided
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped divided
  • crushed red pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Coarsely chop cooked shrimp and set aside.

  3. Spread half of can (about 8 tbs) green salsa on prepared pizza crusts, sprinkle a small amount of hot sauce on top for extra flavor.

  4. Top with half of chopped shrimp, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, and 1 cup Mexican cheese blend.

  5. Top with half of cilantro and sprinkle with crushed red pepper

  6. Repeat with second pizza crust.

  7. Bake pizzas for about 15 minutes in the oven.
