Grilled Rosemary Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp grated lemon rind
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 beef tenderloin steaks, trimmed (1 inch thick)
  • Cooking spray

Directions

  1. Combine rosemary, lemon rind, pepper, olive oil, salt, and garlic in a small bowl. Rub rosemary mixture evenly over steaks; cover. Refrigerate 1 hour.

  2. Prepare grill.

  3. Place steaks on a grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
