Garlic parmesan green beans

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp salted butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups green beans, cut into pieces
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan

Directions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil. Add fresh minced garlic and saute until lightly browned, stirring frequently.

  2. Add green beans, and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Saute until beans are desired tenderness, about 8-10 mins.

  3. Transfer to serving bowl and toss with cheese, adjust spices if needed.
