Ingredients
- 1 pkg. white cake mix
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. 7-Up or club soda
- 3-1/2 oz. instant pistachio pudding
- 1 c. pecans, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. coconut
Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased and floured 13 × 9 and bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
