Macaroni and Cheese

  • 1 pound box of Elbow Macaroni or other Pasta
  • Shredded Mexican Cheese or Cheddar
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Milk
  • Can of Diced Tomatoes, drained


  1. Boil pasta until done.

  2. While this is cooking, add milk and cheese to saucepan, a little at a time. Use as much as needed to get a nice sauce.

  3. Add parmesan cheese as needed, add some pepper, garlic powder, or other spices.

  4. Put macaroni in 13x 9 baking pan, pour the sauce over, and add some shredded cheese to the top. You can add the diced tomatoes to the top at this time if desired.

  5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until it is browned and bubbly.
