Marinated Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 pork tenderloins, 3/4 lbs a piece
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup Bourbon whiskey
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • sauce:
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonaisse
  • 1 T dry mustard
  • 1 T chopped scallions or green onions
  • 1 1/2 T white wine vinegar

Directions

  1. marinate pork tenderloins in next 3 ingredients for at least 45 minutes

  2. bake at 325 or grill

  3. mix all sauce ingredients and let sit at room temp for at least 4 hours
