Ingredients

  • 1 lemon, juice and zest
  • butter, 1/2 stick
  • pepper, freshly ground
  • kosher salt

Directions

  1. melt butter

  2. zest lemon

  3. squeeze lemon and add juice and zest to butter

  4. salt and pepper to taste
