sweet and sour cucumbers

Ingredients

  • cucumbers
  • 1/2 c. sugar (vegan)
  • 1/2 c. vinegar

Directions

  1. peel and slice cucumbers and put into a container.

  2. (if you’re not going to gobble these up the same day, pour salt over the peeled/sliced cucumbers and let sit for 20 minutes. then rinse the salt off and go to the next step.)

  3. mix sugar and vinegar.

  4. pour sugar/vinegar mixture over cucumbers.

  5. refrigerate for an hour or two and eat. delicious!
