wasabi pasta salad

Ingredients

  • 2 c. veggie rotini (whole wheat, cooked and drained)
  • 2 c. "california" veggies (from frozen, cooked and drained - or other veggies that you want in there).
  • 1 Tbsp. vegan mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. wasabi paste

Directions

  1. mix together rotini and veggies.

  2. in a seperate bowl, mix together vegan mayonnaise and wasabi paste (adjust amount of wasabi paste to taste!).

  3. mix everything together and serve.
