Presbyterian Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lb. pork tenderloin
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup bourbon

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients and marinade for 2 hours. Cook at 325 degrees for 1-1 and 1/2 hours basting every 30 minutes.

  2. Serve with sour cream mustard sauce.
