Stromboli

Ingredients

  • 1 box Hot Roll Mix
  • 12 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 lb. salami
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Mix Hot Roll Mix according to box directions

  2. Let it rise and punch down.

  3. Form into ball and cut into 4 pieces.

  4. Roll each piece int a square.

  5. Sprinke wit pepper and lay 3 pieces of provolone in the middle.

  6. Layer 2 rows of salami over cheese.

  7. Sprinkle parmesan over.

  8. Roll jellyroll style. Tuck ends under and cut 3 slits on top.

  9. Put in over to rise a second time.

  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes.
