cinnamon anise apple jelly

Ingredients

  • 5 cups apple juice
  • 5 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 T anise seed
  • 7 cups sugar
  • 1 pouch liquid pectin

Directions

  1. tie spices in bag and simmer in juice 10 minutes. Add sugar, boil, add pectin, boil hard 1 minute. remove from heat, remove spice bag. Leave 1/4 inch head space. Process 10 minutes.
