Famous Cheese Burgers

Ingredients

  • 80/20 groung beef (1/4 to1/2 lb per person)
  • Allegro original marinade
  • Finely diced onions and pepers (optional)
  • sliced provolone and munster cheese

Directions

  1. in a mixing bowl combine ground beef, marinade (add until color of meat starts to turn slightly brown), and optional ingredients.

  2. Cover with plastic wrap and alow to sit until room temperature

  3. Grill pattied burgers on medium heat. Just before desired finish place provolone on burger and than munster (this will give a more visual appeal)
