Deviled eggs

Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 1-dozen hard boiled eggs
  • 1-tbsp sugar
  • 1-tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1-tbsp mayo
  • 1-capful of vinegar

Directions

  1. Cut eggs in half put yokes into a bowl

  2. Smash yokes with fork. Add sugar, mustard, mayo and vinegar. Mix well

  3. Scoop mixture back into egg whites.
