Breakfast Cassarole

Ingredients

  • 8-10 slices bread, cubed
  • 2-cups grated cheese
  • 2-lbs link-sausage or 1 1/4 lbs bulk-sausage
  • SAUCE
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 2 1/2-cups milk
  • 3/4-tsp dry mustard
  • 1-can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

  1. Grease a 9X13 pan. And put cubed bread in bottom.

  2. Brown the sausage and cut into quarters.

  3. Mix all sauce ingredients together.

  4. Cover bread with sausage, cheese and top with sauce.

  5. Refrigerate overnight and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until set.
