Scallopped Potatoes

Serves 12 people

Ingredients

  • potatoes
  • 3 different cheeses (velvetta, chedder, jack)
  • 1-tbsp flour, heaping
  • 1-stick butter

Directions

  1. Slice potatoes thin

  2. Mix potatoes and flour in a 9X13 pan. Pour milk into pan fill 1/2 way full. Pour cheese’s over top and mix all ingredients together.

  3. Cut butter into pads and place over top of potatoes.

  4. Bake 350 for 1 hour or until soft.
