San Diego Chicken

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 lime
  • 1 lemon
  • 8-oz can tomato sauce
  • 6-oz can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1-tsp dried italian seasoning
  • 1-tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 1-cup chunky salsa

Directions

  1. Zest and juice the lemon and lime, mix with everything except chicken and salsa.

  2. Drop in chicken and marinate in fridge.

  3. Alow chicken to become room temp. grill for 10-15 min. or until fully cooked.

  4. Serve with salsa.
