Slow Cooker French Dip Sandwiches

Good for cooking while you’re at work.

Cook time: 7 minutes
Serves 8 people

Ingredients

  • 4lb rump roast
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 can condensed french onion soup
  • 1 12oz beer
  • French or hoagie rolls
  • provolone cheese (optional)

Directions

  1. Trim fat from roast, place in crock pot.

  2. Add soup, broth, and beer.

  3. Cook on low for 7 hours (or on high for about 4).

  4. Heat rolls in oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes (I would put provolone on the bread at this point).

  5. Serve with au juis for dipping.
