Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. milk
  • nutmeg for flavoring
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1/2 c. seedless raisins

Directions

  1. at slightly ingredients 1 thru 3.

  2. Scald ingredients 4 and 5 and pour into egg mixture.

  3. Add the rice and raisins.

  4. Strain into 6 custard cups or a 1-1/2 qt. casserole and set in pan of hot water (1 in. up on cups). Sprinkle a little nutmeg over tops. Bake for 75 minutes at 350° or until knife comes out clean.
