McCormick Weeknight Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
  • 2 8 ounce cans tomato sauce
  • 1 15 ounce can red kidney beans, undrained
  • 1 package (1 1/4 ounces) McCormick Chili Seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Chopped onion (optional)

Directions

  1. Cook ground beef or turkey in a 12-inch skillet until no longer pink, stirring often; drain.

  2. Scrape contents of skillet into Crock-pot slow cooker. Stir in a tomato sauce, beans and seasoning.

  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 1 to 2 hours or cook on HIGH for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until done.

  4. Stir chili before serving. Top with cheese and onion if desired.
