Impossibly Easy Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 2 packages cream cheese, softened (8 ounces each)
  • 3/4 cup original Bisquick
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 ounces semisweet baking chocolate, melted and cooled
  • For Topping:
  • 1 ounce semisweet baking chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 2 T powdered sugar
  • 1 8 ounce container sour cream
  • 1 t vanilla

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Grease pie plate, 9 × 1 1/4 inches.

  3. Beat cream cheese, Bisquick, sugar, vanilla, eggs and chocolate in large bowl with electric mixture on high speed about 2 miutes, scraping bowl frequently, until well blended.

  4. Pour into pie plate.

  5. Bake about 35 minutes or until center is firm and puffed.

  6. Cool 5 minutes (top of cheesecake will be cracked).

  7. Carefully spread Chocolate Topping over cheesecake.

  8. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.

  9. Store covered in refrigerator.

  10. Chocolate Topping:

  11. Stir chocolate and powdered sugar in small bowl until blended.

  12. Stir in sour cream and vanilla.
