Hot Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1/2-3/4 cup hot sauce (Frank's Red Hot)
  • 2 teaspoons granulated garlic (optional)
  • 2 10-ounce cans chunk chicken, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Soften cream cheese a LOT.

  2. Mix together cream chéese, hot sauce, dressing and garlic. Try to get it as smooth as possible.

  3. Stir in the chicken and cheese.

  4. Spoon into a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees until it’s melted and bubbly and browned on the edges.

  5. Serve with tortillia chips or crackers and celery sticks.
