Ingredients

  • 1 kg chickpeas,
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 400ml tahini
  • 2 lemons, juice of
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sumac [or paprika]
  • water

Directions

  1. soak chickpeas for at least 2 hrs

  2. boil for half hour, set aside

  3. mince garlic

  4. mix everything
