Creamy Ranch Pork Chops & Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 TB oil
  • 4 boneless pork chops (3/4” thick)
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 can milk
  • 1 pkg ranch salad dressing mix (1 oz)
  • paprika

Directions

  1. Heat oil in skillet

  2. Add chops & cook until browned.

  3. Add soup, milk & ½ pkg ranch salad dressing mix.

  4. Heat to a boil.

  5. Cover & cook over low heat 10 minutes, or until done.

  6. Sprinkle with paprika.

  7. Add remaining salad dressing mix to water when making rice.
