Sausage Roll

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Roll of mild sausage
  • 1 package of cream cheese, 8 oz
  • 2 cans of crescent dough, 8 oz. each

Directions

  1. Cook and crumble sausage in a skillet. Wipe out grease.

  2. Add in cream cheese over sausage and let melt for several minutes, then stir well until blended.

  3. Unroll 1 can of crescent dough into long rectangle on cookie sheet, pinching edges together.

  4. Put sausage down one side of rectangle.

  5. Starting with filled side, roll it over so that filling is inside roll.

  6. Repeat with second can.

  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
