Katies Bean Dish

Serves 10 people

Ingredients

  • 1 white corn can
  • 1 black eye pea can
  • 1 black bean can
  • 1/2 cup celery chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup jalapenos chopped
  • 1 small jar pimento
  • 1/2 sugar
  • 1/2 oil
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

Directions

  1. Drain canned veges.

  2. Add chopped celery red onion jalapenos and pimento.

  3. Heat sugar,oil apple cider vinegar until sugar dissolves.

  4. Pour over mixture and refrigerate over night.
