Chicken, Rice and Stuffing Cassarole

Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Minute Rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 1 can cream of chicken
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup reserved chicken broth
  • 1/2 a package of Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

  1. Boil chicken. Cute into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Retain chicken broth.

  3. Cover bottom of 9×13 with rice.

  4. Pour broth over rice.

  5. Place chicken on top of rice.

  6. Combine soups with milk and pour over chicken and rice.

  7. Melt margarine and combine with stuffing mix; add to top of cassarole.

  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
